Creation of the necessary guidelines for the project.

Preparation of the tender(s) & pre-qualification process.

Evaluation of the submitted documents

Review of pricing, feasibility, tender quality and completeness.

Support in estimations, cost engineering and controlling.

Support in the negotiations and management of the (main) contract.

Support in the establishment of the contract and/or selection of a suitable contract form, including the incorporation of client-specific requests and the formulation of the particular conditions.

Review of the preferred contract form and any relevant contract documents, including any legal adjustments in clauses.

Support in preparation of the execution of the works, including support in obtaining any relevant permits, including:

Alignment/coordination between the different parties involved (client, local authorities, local and foreign architects/engineers, consultants and contractors).

Preparation and/or review of project timelines.

Expertise related to the Audio-Visual Lighting (AVL)/ technical solution of an experience, including:

Technical/AVL design expertise to create a seamless technology solution that supports the human experience.

Advice/expertise to improve, redesign and value engineer the AVL/ technical solution in line with the concept design (visitor experience).

Advice/expertise on the supply strategy or in other words, the presentation of options to supply and install the necessary equipment, the exploration of available sources and involvement of the right suppliers, and any options to limit the costs.

Project management of the delivery of the AVL solution.
