Guidance in adaptation to local standards and regulations.

Creation of the necessary guidelines for the project.

Preparation of the tender(s) & pre-qualification process.

Technical/AVL design expertise to create a seamless technology solution that supports the human experience.

Advice/expertise to improve, redesign and value engineer the AVL/ technical solution in line with the concept design (visitor experience).

Advice/expertise on the supply strategy or in other words, the presentation of options to supply and install the necessary equipment, the exploration of available sources and involvement of the right suppliers, and any options to limit the costs.

Project management of the delivery of the AVL solution.

Supervision of the execution of the works on behalf of the client, including:

Monitoring and advising on the (design) quality and the progress (planning) made by the contractor(s). This includes reporting.

Supervision of problems and changes in design and execution.

Monitoring and inclusion of variations and omissions on the main contract.

Support in the integration of the fit-out and AVL works into the scheduled construction activities and the construction-related restrictions. This will include coordination of the works with regards to the schedule, the scope limitations and the design.

Monitoring the maintenance works necessary to keep the structure/building up and running, and up to the required quality standards. This includes contract management.

Expertise related to the operations phase of the project, including the review of the operations tender, selection of the operations partner and review of their services.

Overall supervision on the decommissioning on behalf of the client, including:

Monitoring and advising on the progress (planning) made by the decommissioning contractor.

Ensuring decommissioning processes are adhering to sustainability standards and requirements.

Expertise with regards to the after-life of a project (re-use of materials versus re-use of (parts of) the project).

General advice and expertise. Providing general advice on the (strategic) approach with regards to the different phases of the project.
