Luxembourg Pavilion Expo 2025 Osaka | Japan

BlueDot has been working with the Participant and their design team during the design and tender phase in preparing the delivery of the Luxembourg Pavilion for Expo 2025 Osaka, Japan. We have ensured the design adheres to Expo 2025 and local regulations, adjusted the documentation to better fit the Japanese market, and helped the Participant to select the best candidate to build their pavilion and to execute the fit-out and AVL scope. The services also include support in the selection of a suitable Japanese contract and contract management.

Since construction started in January 2024, BlueDot had acted as the client representative in Osaka during all phases. This includes design management, cost management, interface management and the supervision of the construction, fit-out, and AVL works.
