For this project BlueDot supports the main contractor in the cost and claim management of the pavilion for both the construction and the exhibition works. Delivering a project in Japan is challenging and with the changing market conditions the experience of BlueDot’s members with the German contracts and the client’s expectations during previous Expos seemed key to success.
